A cabin is the perfect destination for your next family holiday.

Next time you go on holidays, why not consider staying in Cabin Accommodation? Many people assume that a hotel can cater for all your needs as this is the usual way people book a holiday.

There are often better solutions for your family holiday. These include staying in a self contained cabin. At Kanasta we pride ourselves on our clean family friendly cabins.

Benefits of Cabin Accommodation:

The entire family can stay together in a warm, safe environment.

Kanasta Caravan Park cabins are incredibly versatile and spacious. Many of the kids that stay with us enjoy the bunk beds. We recommend a cabin style 3,4 or 5 for families with children. Cabins provide many different sleeping options so the family can stay in the one home together.

All our cabins have a kitchenette which includes a microwave, stove and hotplate. All our cabins have an electric fry pan and an outdoor are BBQ.  These seem to be very popular for BBQs in the evening and frying eggs in the morning.  We find people save a lot of money by preparing their food before they leave.

A very large Woolworths is walking distance from our park if you forget to shop or have no time. Alternatively you can choose to order take away and get it delivered to your cabin. Hotels tend to be a little restrictive with their room service if you are too tired to leave the premises.

Cabins offer a shared living area for everyone to enjoy family time. Our cabins also have an outdoor area for kids to run around in. You can choose to rent a cabin close to the play area and monitor your kids from your deck!

Kanasta is a very small park. We only have annual caravans who stay a small time of the year (usually around Christmas). There are no permanent residence in our park.  The usual feedback is that parents feel that their kids are safe playing within the park grounds.  Sit relax and enjoy a drink in the fresh air while your kids play.  Kids are welcome to bring their scooters or bikes.

Staying in a cabin tends to be a more affordable options for families.  When staying in a hotel as a family, interconnecting family rooms are a popular option.  These tend to be a very expensive option as you end up paying for two rooms instead of one.

Staying in a cabin can offer added features. A hotel is typically not going to have a kitchen available where everyone can cook and eat breakfast together. A cabin can give you all of the comforts and amenities of home, from including a kitchette, living area with couch. Many of the cabins at our park offer a desk for you to work at. Kids tend to love this too for colouring in.

Overall your holiday will be a memorable experience and you will be able to do the things you want to do with your family without having to go out for every meal.  Additionally you can take advantage of the other features that the cabin has to offer.
